Boot Shark Blade Kit, Stainless Steel with handle scales and pins
The Boot Shark is a modern boot-blade inspired design. It will work well as a skinner with an upscale handle, or as a classic boot blade or "second blade". This model is 7.5" inches in overall length with a 2-5/8" inch blade. The blade thickness is .175" inches. This design feels great in the hand. The dual stainless bolsters are already attached. All you do is add your own handles scales in wood or micarta, file these to shape and finish off with a sand down.
The kit consists of
- Bootshark blade 67 mm, Stainless Steel
- Handle Block in Curly Birch (See Options for other woods)
- Vulcanised Spacer Material (See Options for colours)
- Stainless steel pins for handle scales
The blade is about 4.4 mm thick, about 25 mm wide and 67 mm long, total length is 190 mm.
The blade is made from AUS8 stainless steel and is flat ground. This design features (2) .200" handle holes and includes a ¼ inch thong tube hole. Both handle pins are included with model.
The blade comes in a gift box and is manufactured in China.
