Brisa Skinner Knife Making Kit with Handle Materials

Beginner knife making kit for making your own hunting/skinning knife with a sweeping blade shape.

The blade is from Finland in 12c27 Swedish Stainless steel with good corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening.

Included in the kit is the blade, a solid block of Curly Birch from Scandinavian forests and a 10 mm slice of reindeer antler to use as a  bolster or guard that goes between the blade and handle.

Or cut off 20-30 mm of the handle block for the front/bolster and use the reindeer as contract between the bolster and rest of handle.

This kit can be completed with simple hand tools like cordless drill, a clamp or two and files or a belt sander and sand paper.

The blade length is 95 mm the blade is 3.5 mm thick.

(These do not include a metal bolster, if wanting one in the kit also buy the R35E bolster)
