Clip Point Scout with Steel Guard (85 mm blade)

 The newly redesigned Clip Point Scout is a hidden tang design that is modeled around the half-tang handle concept. This type of tang design is perfect for use with antler tips, stag tapers, handle blocks, rolls and more. The blade on this model is in Stainless AUS8 and is 16 mm wide at its widest point. The blade length is 85 mm and the thickness is 3.2 mm. It comes hollow ground, satin finished and has a 416 SS slide-on finger guard with matching steel pin.

This is a great little blade and makes a fun, affordable  project to complete. The tang has a pre-drilled .093" (2.36 mm) hole in it for use with thin pin material, including mosaic pins and hidden bolt fasteners. This blade is made in China.
