EnZo Chef 160 mm Knife Blade

 Make your own medium-sized chef knife with a 160 mm blade in Asian style.

The blade is made in Swedish 12c27 steel, a popular  stainless steel for chef knives.

The blade is 50 mm high, about 2.5 mm thick at the spine and has 160 mm of blade.

Total length is 270 mm including handle, and it weights in at 130 grams.

EnZo is the top-shelf brand from Brisa, with precision ground blades and excellent finish.

This blade really feels like a quality tool with good weight distribution and a business edge on it.

 

This is only the blade, sharp and ready to go. Not the full kit shown in some of the photos with scales, corby bolts and fibre spacer material.
