Fisherman's Filet Blade, Stainless Steel
The Fisherman's Filet is our "big boy" filet knife. This design is 12 inches overall with a 7 inch ultra flexible blade. This design makes small work of filet cuts and is very easy to handle and control. Try one... you'll love it! The blade is made in China.
The blade is about 2.4 mm thick, 17 mm wide and 170 mm long, total length with handle is 305 mm.
Handle pins are optional. For handle construction, use any of our 1/8” diameter pin stock in Steel, Brass or Copper.
