Grand Chef Blade 220, Stainless Steel

Chef Knife blade, 220 mm (note long handle)

 Stainless Steel blade made in Portugal, polished to a satin finish.

Good looking profile, long and slender blade but more than large enough to be the main Grand Chef knife in your kitchen.

Strong and corrosion resistant blade in Stainless X45, made in Portugal.

The blade length is 220 mm and about 50 mm wide, overall length is 365 mm in 2.5 mm thick steel.

A quite large yet elegant blade, due to the thin stock.

To create a knife with this blade blank,

add some knife scales and optionally bolts/pins and some inlays between the steel and handle scales.

 Handle has a central 5 mm hole and 2 x 4.1 mm holes near the front and end of the full tang handle.

 Note the handle is extra long on this blade, the imported scales in Curly Birch, Alder etc will not be big enough.

Fitting scales are scales listed as 135 mm or longer
