MG Santoku Chef Knife Blade 170 mm

Made in the Spain, this stainless steel Santoku blade in the same series as the MG French Forged Chef blades. "French" here refers to the style of knife with a flat edge area, not that these are made in France. European Chef knives are generally either has French (flat) or German (rounded) belly.

The blade is in strong Stainless Molybden/Vanadium steel, forged from round bar with integral bolsters in blade steel.

The kit consists of blade and handle materials needed to complete the chef knife with your own handle design.

Blade length 170 mm, thickess 2 mm, total length including handle is 300 mm and 45 mm high.

Handle holes: 2 x 4 mm, 1 x 4x6mm rectangular slit.

Fulltang construction for use with 1/8" pin stock and handle scales.
